It started at IPEDIS. Over nearly 11 years, I built multiple products from scratch: PubliSpeak, a paper-document digitization platform trusted by Air Liquide, L'Oréal, Publicis and Groupe Premium; PDF Accessible ( checker.pdfaccessible.com); and IpedisConnect™. I grew from lead developer to CTO, scaling the product team from 5 to 25 people.
The turning point came with that move from lead developer to CTO. I realized the real impact didn't come from code. It came from understanding the business. When you speak the language of revenue, risk and growth, technology becomes a lever, not an end in itself.
Then I joined Gridky as Head of Engineering for 5 years. Three product verticals (Real Estate, SCPI, Insurance), a team of 6 seniors and 2 Product Owners, and a major challenge: stabilizing a fast-growing platform. Two long-haul adventures, not ten shallow ones. I built everything from zero, grew it, and stayed long enough to see the impact compound.
Today I live in Mauritius (GMT+4). I currently support Ipedis and Gridky in parallel, and operating from Mauritius gives me daily overlap with European business hours, without the constraints of permanent on-site presence.

I grow product teams
Hiring, onboarding, culture, distributed ownership. Teams that are stronger after I leave than when I arrived.
I show up when decisions matter
Roadmap, strategy, conversations with leadership. I speak the language of revenue, risk, and growth. Not just APIs.
I secure products and their infrastructure
Application security, CISO posture, cloud and continuity: I make risks visible, translate them into business priorities and build a reduction path that fits the product.
